He was great! Our AC was not blowing strong. Showed up same day and did some extra cleaning in our AC unit. Chris did some trouble shooting found that insulation was stopping the air flow from blowing out. Reasonably priced and was very nice!

Chris quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered a replacement part. There wasn't much of a rush given the warmer temperatures, but the issue was fixed before the temperatures dropped again. Fantastic work!

Chris is extremely knowledgeable. We used him for a second opinion and he found the issue pretty quickly. Using him, we didn't need to have an expensive replacement of parts. Can definitely recommend JFrank and we will use their services again. Very good experience!
