This company doesn’t even deserve one star. I have a manufacturer’s warranty, but for some reason they didn’t want to do the work. I assume because they didn’t want to put in the effort to make less money vs replacing with a new AC unit. They ended up telling me my warranty expired which was untrue. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed my warranty was still active. I provided the warranty registration to this contractor and i got nowhere. So I wasted $125 for a service fee for something they never intended on repairing. Now I have to spend more money to get another contractor out. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"! I was advised to contact them via my home warranty company for a repair to my boiler, which was very clogged and releasing CO2. Someone came by, replaced a part, collected my deductible and the $ my warranty gave them and left. A few weeks later, my boiler had the same issue and my warranty company sent someone else out who said, quote: "I can't believe the last contractor left this boiler as dangerous as it is." We could have died from CO2 exposure, the boiler could have burst or caused and electrical fire causing extensive damage to my home and the contractor just collected as much money from myself and my warranty company as he could and left! I have tried calling them multiple times before this complaint and I only get voicemail. I think they know what they did and are avoiding confrontation. I can see why they're not accredited with the BBB and honestly don't know why they aren't out of business yet--or how they haven't killed anybody!! I'm also making my warranty company aware not to give them any more business.
UPDATE 5/16/20- The part they replaced (that didn't need replacing) has begun to leak water because it was not even properly installed. The new contractors continue to clean up after this "company". 🙄

Our heat went out later in the night on one of the coldest nights of the year so far and we didn’t call for service until around 9pm. They got back to me right when they opened at 8am and were here by 10. We needed a new part which they were able to track down and had our heat back on by noon. We received good, friendly communication throughout the repair!

Our furnace broke down at 10:30 pm new years eve, we called first thing in the morning sears home services, they connected us with another heating company that advertised 24 hours but had no technicians working new years day. then they connected us with Us heating and cooling and around 7:30am he called back and was there by 11 am. Diagnosed the issue right away within about 10 minutes, trouble shoot the problem, had the heat back on but informed us that we couldn't get the parts needed till Tuesday morning and was unsure how long the furnace would keep running. Sure enough early morning Tuesday morning about 3am our furnace went out again. At 6am I called and left a message and he called me right back. He said he would pick up the part and be out to take care of it. at 11am he was at our home by 11:30 we had heat. Very knowledge, quick and clean, no excuses, took care of the issue right away. We would recommend us heating and cooling anytime.
The technician was also the owner and not a subcontractor.

The technician who answered the phone said he would get back to me about scheduling. I thought I would be without heat for a couple of days. I got a call in an hour and on the schedule the same day. Amazing. He needed a part and was back the next day and fixed my heat. Excellent service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If your home warrenty is advising you to use this company, just look at all of the complaints below!

When our air conditioner of 21 years died, we called our home warrenty company to report the issue. we reached out to 5 companies in our area to get quotes for a new ac while we waited for the home warranty company to assign someone to come out to diagnose our ac. All 5 companies came out and said it was beyond repair and need to be replace. All 5 also reported that our heat exchanger was cracked and our 21 year old furnace needed to be replaced too.

After a week, we were then notified that US heating and cooling was contracted to come to our house to diagnose the problem. They reached out to us to schedule and we agreed upon a day and time. My husband explained that we already had a company that we wanted to install the new air conditioning unit, and we just needed the diagnosis and documentation to send to our home warranty company.

The day he was supposed to come, the owner of the company called us and said he "lost a camera" he needed to do the job. It should be noted that we had already had 5 (FIVE!!) other competent companies in our house with in the past week who were able to diagnose and document the problem without a camera, as well as give us quotes. (And what legitimate company doesnt have a camera on their phone?). He cancelled through text message, and made 0 attempts to call us directly to reschedule. Waste of our entire Saturday.

Frustrated, we reached out to our home warranty company. They told us that this guy called them and said that we wanted nothing to do with him, and only wanted a new air conditioner.

When I called they guy to ask why the heck he lied to the home warrenty company, he was EXTREMELY rude, kept cutting me off, and said he "has the right to refuse service to anyone" (HA!).

So despite the fact that this guy was CONTRACTED BY THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY to diagnose the problem from the beginning, he chose to BLOW US OFF, and lie to both us and the warranty company because he wasn't going to be getting a huge check from us for a new AC and furnace.

Incompetent, rude, and only after high dollar business. AVOID!

We bought a new home and needed someone to check the furnace. Called and he came on time. He told us the issue and the cost. He was upfront. Had my work completed and I was satisfied with the work and his knowledge.

Recommended by our home warranty ins- they came to fix our boiler in our multi unit rental property. The techinician was knowledgeble, very professional and saved us lots of stress right before winter time :)
