Sheffield Heating & Cooling perfectly installed my home’s furnace 2 years ago and we were very pleased with their work. They have been servicing it and it's been a great pleasure working with them. We highly recommend their professionalism and efficiency. Superb!!

Installation of new furnace was scheduled and completed promptly. Instruction was provided a technician from the company followed up to ensure satisfaction. The cost of everything was reasonable and now I am a client for life!!! It was honestly the best experience with a service person we’ve had.

We have depended on Sheffield Heating & Cooling for over a year. Dependable service and fair competitive prices. Technician arrived early to perform our spring tune up-he was professional, explaining exactly what he did and left the work area spotless. We look forward to another cool summer!

Our AC went out last night and the heat was unbearable. We called Sheffield Heating & Cooling the first thing this morning, and Marcus was at our house before noon. He was knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave options for fixing it and got it working perfectly again. I would use this company again and heartily recommend them.

I just moved into the area and my AC went out during a heat wave I called and was extremely happy with the conversation I had with them. They got me to sign up for the membership program and told me that they would have someone out the next day and I would receive a call in the morning with the time and window for the technician. I did not receive any calls. I called at 9:30 am and at 11:30 am. When i called the first time they said they would reach out to scheduling team and have someone call me. I received a call from the scheduling team and I was told that their first available appointment was 5 days out. It is currently 80 degrees in my house and I have two senior dogs who are struggling in the heat. The company flat out lied to me about their availability and now I have to try and find someone else to come out and I have already lost 1/2 the day. I would recommend if you are looking for an HVAC company to go with someone else. This company lies, doesn't care about you or your needs and just wants your money.

I booked an appt on a Friday for the following Thursday. Had a 9-12 window of arrival. No tech showed; I was never informed the tech was running behind (which is what the customer service team informed me when I called in two hours after the end of the window). They apologized and rescheduled me for the next day with a 9-12 window of arrival. Again, the tech never showed, never called. Called the main number and someone told me they would call back with an update in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called to cancel the appointment. The call center staff was pleasant and 2/3 people I spoke with were great, but I cannot recommend a company that happily takes your payment details and never delivers on the service.

Kim did an excellent job diagnosing a problem with our heater during a severe cold spell and helped us warm up our house. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional .Greatly impressed with the service. Thanks Sheffield Heating & Cooling for the great service.

I seldom take the time to write a review, but I've been so impressed by Jimmy that I want to publicly recognize him as a truly outstanding man and technician. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with HVAC issues. Having employees of this quality casts a very complimentary light on Sheffield Heating & Cooling.

I would recommend using Sheffield Heating & Cooling for their polite, friendly and quick service. They were very helpful, gave me some troubleshooting and maintenance tips for my furnace since I told him I was a first time home owner, really appreciated it. Would definitely hire them again.
