Tom came out to my house to move our AC unit for installation of a new deck. He made sure that we put the unit in the best spot for optimum performace and serviceability. All of his work was fantastic and there was a great attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend Tom and will be looking to have him come out for preventative furnace work in the future!!

Tom was amazing. Very easy to deal with and very responsive. The blower motor on our unit went out and he came within 24 hours and replaced it for a reasonable and competitive price. Would highly recommend using him. I know we will be in the future!

Tom is amazing. I know it sounds simple, but he answers his phone, he's polite and actually does what he says he will do. He does quality work and he's reasonable as well. Wise Mechanical Solutions has become my go to place for all my HVAC work. If you need a good HVAC person then Tom is your guy.

Our furnace broke down in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning and Tom came to check it out right away. After finding out we needed a new furnace, we decided to go ahead and get it done. We also got a new AC installed as well as a new thermostat. He was able to get it done the next day. We were very happy with his work and the price was reasonable. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything to us as well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs it.

Tom was awesome! I called at 3:40 on a 90+ degree day with no a/c. He was at my house by 5:00 to diagnose and fix my issue when other companies were telling me no appointments for days. He made sure my unit was clean and in perfect working order. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

My AC unit finally died after 23 years, which in turn caused a power outage in my garage. I was referred to Tom late Monday night. He came early Tuesday morning and we discussed replacing my ancient AC. Wednesday morning he was back to replace the ac unit and the coil. My house is cold and my garage has power thanks to Tom and his partner. Tom and his partner were very nice, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. Plus Tom didn’t mind getting his hands dirty crawling in a very small crawl space to replace the copper line-set. I definitely recommend Wise Mechanical Solutions and will use them for future ac/furnace issues.

Tom came out and installed 2 air conditioners and a dehumidifier in the crawl space. Also installed 2 smart thermostats. Set the thermostats up and walked me through the smart features and even set up the daily schedules. Very honest and the prices are more then competitive. You won’t be disappointed.

It was Saturday night after one of the hottest days of the year (Aug 06) and my air conditioner (central air system) breaks down. Sunday morning I call several providers and Tom from Wise called me back first. He came Sunday afternoon and fixed the unit in a matter of minutes (he knew the problem before he got here from my description, and confirmed it once he arrived). He also made sure the blower unit in the furnace was functioning properly, and found the drainage tube was clogged. He fixed that as well, and all I have to say about the service is A++. Including parts, labor and the “emergency” call I paid slightly over what the other 2 companies wanted just to come out (and not even guarantee the same day service). I will recommend this company for as long as they are around!
