Overall an awesome system! I understand HVAC businesses are busy but there were a few things where I couldn't help but feel the attention to detail wasn't there. Left without sealing any of the gaps in the furnace system with foil tape (later completed after bringing the problem to attention). They installed the condenser without placing a pad underneath so the bottom is surrounded by mulch and leaves. Smart Thermostat blew due to a damaged wire, thankfully Andrew fixed this problem. The only thing I wish could have been different was for them to take the time to raise the area with the condenser and place a pad to keep the unit elevated. This would make for a better maintained unit in my opinion.

In the end, I was left with a good looking, good functioning, HVAC system so I recommend Andrews Heating and Air. Andrews communication was good and it was easy to see he intends to keep his customers happy.

July, 2019...300 miles away, our house sitter tells us that the house is getting warm, tell them to put the air on, they tell me it is on. So I call Andrew, within a few hours, he tells me the coil is bad. Gives me my options. Installs a new ac unit the next day. Very trust worthy, even my mean brute of a dog likes him.... will always recommend!

Andrew managed to come in at record time. I called nearly every hvac company in McHenry County and would have waited well into the evening, and he showed up before the hot afternoon sun baked my home. Thank you sir

My boiler needed an aquastat. I called Andrew he came over picked up the part rewired and installed within 2 hours on a tuesday. Heats fixed ...Hes the man

Late October 2020, the government is reverting neighbouring counties a phase, and these 2 guys show up without masks. I asked them to wear them, and the one guy couldn't be bothered to cover his nose, and moved it from his mouth to speak. I was so shocked by all of this that I didn't notice until later in their visit that they hadn't bothered with shoe coverings on this rainy afternoon.

Will not use them again.
