Mark did an awesome job. He showed up when he was supposed to and always explained everything he was going to do. His parts and labor costs were very competitive! I would definitely recommend and use his services again in the future!

I've been wanting to write this for a long time. To the team of ComfortMax, I truly thank you all for services I received. My first service with them was Mark coming out to inspect my A/C because it would cut off in the middle of a cycle. He found out the problem was the thermostat but what impressed me is he thoroughly checked EVERYTHING and then showed and explained what he found. Even found a problem that I didn't know about from when the A/C was install yrs ago from a different company.

Second and third service was months later with a clean and check on the heat that lead to him finding that my furnace was leaking Carbon Monoxide. Once again he did checks I haven't seen other companies do and glad he caught this. It lead to me getting a new furnace. His Team was super awesome installing it! They are professional and just like Mark, they explain anything you ask or have a concern about. This is my new HVAC service company for now on!

Quite simply, ComfortMax is trustworthy and reliable.
After having issues with another HVAC company to the tune of hundreds of dollars, we were told we needed a new ignitor. Once the other company put in the ignitor, it blew the breaker in my box for the furnace which should never happen. Long story short, I reached out to Mark, the owner of ComfortMax, who came out to look at my unit after the other company told me various repairs were not covered. Mark showed me the issues with my current unit and that duct work put in by the other company was not secured or sealed properly along with the blower being on its last leg after only being a few years old. We had Mark put in a new furnace, correct the duct work and handed/emailed all paper work for the warranty of the unit and labor.
Mark is honest, hard working, and truly cares about people. I'll always use ComfortMax moving forward and will recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC/AC installation or repairs.

Had another company out and the service men didn't know how to do the job. Called late in the evening and Mark answered the phone and said Emmanuel would be out in the morning to check on the problem. The next day was a Saturday and Emmanuel came out in the morning and checked everything out very carefully. He explained to us what needed to be done and Monday morning they would begin work. I never had a company say they would be out at a certain time and were there exactly at that time. They were Wonderful to my husband and I. They explained everything and worked non stop. Jim their serviceman was really an experienced and knowledgeable man. I liked the fact that either Mark or Emmanuel were always on the job. They installed the new Air Conditioner and did not leave until they were sure everything was running as it should be. Thank You Mark, Emmanuel and Jim.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of various brands of furnaces and AC. And the great team was able to start relatively quickly to install. Everything was done so efficiently. Very awesome.
