At 10:30 this morning, our exterminator told us that he’d discovered one of our water heaters was leaking in our furnace room. I called Pasquesi Plumbing immediately. Within an hour, Frank arrived and told us we’d need to replace the water heater. I asked him when it would be done. He told me immediately. He just left, having installed the new heater and also recalibrated our second water heater. I am stunned at the efficiency and dedication to excellent service by Pasquesi Plumbing. We are newish customers, since Killian Lake Forest reduced its services. Thank you, Frank and John Pasquesi, for helping us!

We needed an emergency Back Flow test done in order to sell our home. The office team - Kay, Debbie, and Debbie - were all very patient and professional and helped us get this sorted out! Highly recommend!!

We had a huge plumbing issue on Thanksgiving evening. Pasquesi Plumbing was the only plumber who called us back. They were even willing to come out on Thanksgiving, but we had them come out first thing in the morning. Two plumbers Michael & Nate came exactly when they said they would. We are so fortunate to have found Pasquesi Plumbing! After calling others, before calling Pasquesi, we experienced one after another with zero professionalism or the skills to do a basic pressure test for our radiant system. There is no follow-up to one excuse after another. We tried to be understanding of the long waits and the lack of follow-up, as we are in the home improvement business, we understand the struggles. We were able to get help within just a few days of our call to Pasquesi's. Tom or rep was able to do the pressure test without a moments notice. We finally had answers to our 6 month puzzle! Tom confirmed that our lower level was not repairable. This is all we needed to know so we could begin to figure out plan B. Tom turned his focus to another area of troubles. After researching the pipes, etc, Tom added a valve to help purge the system. His careful diagnosis and strategies for fixing the system in the other areas of our home were spot on! Our floors were warming in less than 24 hrs. We now have a true understanding of our system, thanks to Tom. We will be working with Pasquesi for any of our heating and plumbing needs for all our rehab homes and our own home. We can easily recommend Pasquesi's to all of our own clients!
