This company is very reliable, professional, punctual, and affordable. We were having a problem with our AC last week. It was running but no air was coming out of the vent. We called STVU and spoke to Paul, instantly he said he can come out in a couple of hours. Sure enough he came within the time frame, and was able to tell us what’s wrong with our AC. We needed a new unit. Even though he had a full schedule, he was able to accommodate us and installed it on Saturday. Even gave us some Freon just to make it last and have some cold air come in till Saturday. They were able to install our unit Saturday. Job is done on time as promised and the job was done right and affordable. I highly recommend this company, they aim to satisfy customers. Again, thanks STVU and Paul for all your help, now we are ready for summer.

I've had them out twice for AC services and once when my furnace wouldn't kick on. They were super accommodating on days that were both super hot and cold even though they were incredibly busy. I stumbled upon them from a random Facebook recommendation and I'm so glad I did! Their pricing is super fair and I now recommend them to anyone that mentions they need HVAC service.

Amazing service and would highly recommend to all of my friends and family. Was able to get ahold of Paul right away and he talked me through everything! Worked around my schedule for cleaning my ac and furnace and they even checked my water heater! Igor came out and was the friendliest tech I have ever had. Great price, great customer service. STVU Inc demonstrated the highest level of professionalism through the whole transaction of identifying, diagnosing, and ultimately replacing my AC Unit for my home.

Called them from cook county, they made the drive from Lake County the very same day for diagnosis. They tested several less expensive components to try and pin point the problem for as less parts as possible.

When we decided to replace the unit, they scheduled a day and they had a tech arrive before the supplies did in order to speed up installation once the supplies arrived. They quoted more hours and got done quicker, so a win win for everybody.

They called to follow up and to remind us of the warranty in place should anything go wrong.
