Worked with Doug at Air Handlers through Choice Home Warranty. It was an extremely pleasant experience given our AC died during summer. Doug was knowledgeable and transparent through the whole process and I know I got an honest deal for the repair. Would highly recommend them with or without a home warranty.

Highly recommend this company. We have used Air Handlers since 2013 when we bought our first house - initially to fix the OLD hvac system and then to install the new system. Dave has been a total GODSEND - incredibly patient with our questions and giving us tips on how to best use the new system. We have him do a fall and a spring inspection, which works out well. We are very happy with Air Handlers - great customer service and very friendly people.

I highly recommend Air Handlers - I've used their service for years - they've replaced furnaces and air conditioners in our old house and new house. Great customer service and Dave and Tammy are very patient and accommodating to our schedule (not to mention, Dave navigated the permitting process in our town with a smile).

I first had work done by Airhandlers as a result of a home warranty. I had moved in and 3 months later my furnace dies. I called a popular local place in Wheaton who told me I needed to replace my furnace for $14k. I called the home warranty company and they sent me to Airhandlers. I needed a $350 fan motor which they replaced in a day. It is now 7 years later and I have had no issues with that furnace. I have had them do a zoning project and other small repairs. The pricing has always been fair and the integrity has always been high. This is a hidden gem of a business.

Blower in my furnace had a very slight noise to it. Dave, owner of air Handlers, said he could fix it. He replaced it and it now sounds like an air plane takes off in my house every time it turns on - shakes the walls. 100 times worse. Won’t come back to fix it unless I pay him more money. And, to boot, was unbelievably rude when we discussed it. Terrible business ethics.
