Blower motor went out Saturday morning ordered a new one online. Order was ready for pickup before 9am Monday morning. In and out in 2 minutes. Everyone was super nice. Highly recommend.

I walked into the store but no one asked us if we need any help. After waiting for 5 kin a gentleman told us that he is going to get us some help. Finally, George came and asked us what we needed help with and then got us all the shoes we were looking for and after we finalized the shoes. He helped us with easy smooth check-out. Seems like he was new but was very polite and helped us. Thank you George.

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, and prices are about average. They have just about any and everything.

If you need it fast get it on will call and pick up. In and out in under 2 mins. Hard to beat the service.

Ordered two different colors of 22 AWG wires on Tuesday and was promised pickup by Thursday. However only one of the items was ready by Wednesday and the other's status still shows Thursday and it's Friday and closed for Christmas weekend. That's the experience online, however on my visit to the Downers Grove branch, the gentleman at the service desk, John was quite helpful. He also said that they will be ready on 2 different days but as I didn't have an account, I didn't order it at the store. Perhaps that might have expedited the arrival of the items. Anyway I hope it arrives by Monday.

I needed two faucet cartridges and I ordered them online, pickup was easy. I noticed a problem with one cartridge after returning home and was able to bring it back and swap it out no problem.

The only place to go for parts! Very good people to help you get what you need! I will definitely be back there shopping for more!

I want to praise this Grainger location for its service and inventory. The original electric motor on my 70 year old furnace failed on me with the Chicago winter raging outside. I tried local HVAC part distribution centers, but none of them had a replacement available. Then I called the Grainger number and the customer service person pinpointed this Downers Grove location as the only one in the area that had a matching motor. The service was swift and excellent. Without them I would have been in a world of trouble. THANK YOU!

Great customer service. I was greeted when I walked in. They also loaded a heavy snow blower into my trunk.
