Quick and excellent service! My furnace quit working over the weekend and I called them first thing this morning. Within an hour they had someone out to look at the furnace and in less than 45 minutes found out my thermostat was bad, replaced it, and we're on their way, all for a very reasonable price. My heat is back on and I'm incredibly thankful! 5 stars for sure!

We always use wrights. This week our AC went out at work and they came and replaced it the same day!! We are so thankful!! They came back the next 2 days to make sure it was cooling good also! Couldn’t ask for better service!

Wrights is a wonderful professional company. Frank assessed my broken AC back in July and offered immediate suggestions and improvements which have turned out to be very accurate. Great price and great service!

I called Wright's Heating and Air on Monday Morning, Frank had picked up the phone, we scheduled for a repair within a few days as everyone is having repairs right now. The repair man was here 10 minutes early and fixed my AC condensor within minutes of being here! Great quality service as well as price!

First off wrights doesn’t work on the heat pumps that they install. They sent me to 2 different people which one didn’t get back to me & the other didn’t even service my area. Second when I found someone to come out.. turns out wrights wired everything wrong & programmed our thermostat wrong & also didn’t add 2 wires that were supposed to communicate with the indoor and outdoor system. Which is one reason our bill has been high & also why it’s not keeping temp in my home. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The best in Vermilion county! Wright’s has been our go-to heating and cooling company since we moved to the area 20 years ago. They always help with any part that we need and are very timely with any service that needs performed!

I have had them change the air conditioning unit, the furnace motor, and perform maintenance. They are always nice and very thorough. And, like the commercial says, Frank does actually answer the phone. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Frank and his staff did an excellent job on the installation of a new furnace. Frank was very polite and prompt in answering any and all questions I had while I made my decision about which installer to use. Wright's not only had the lowest estimate, but also the best explanation of everything that would be done. The install itself went very well, with all of the work being completed in a timely manner. The installer was very thorough in his work and polite about answering any of my questions. Wright's is a very professional company who I would highly recommend to any thinking about having a furnace or A/C unit installed.
