Tom had sufficient supplies and parts in his truck to fix my air conditioning on the spot and even included me along the way, explaining the repair needs and basic principles of electric work.

I recently moved to a new condo with central a\c and forced heat. My old condo had radiator heat and window ac units. My entire electrics closet was Mandarin Chinese to me. He was at my place at 8:30pm, he fixed problem (it was some wire problem) and called me to tell me what was the issue, also he told me what must be fixed in future .
