Fantastic service! Within 10 minutes of submitting my service request, it was accepted and confirmed. Mike was professional and friendly, and diagnosed our issue with surgical precision. Took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish and now the AC is running better than ever. They were upfront and transparent about pricing, and even gave a free quote for potential replacement service. Top marks all around, highly recommend!

My mother's air tanked and I called many different companies to ask for estimates and help and only one was willing to go the extra mile.They had Mike call me back after talking to them and he was upfront, honest, and professional. When he found out my mother was without air in this hot weather he went beyond to show up that day on a Saturday and have it fixed on a Tuesday without any hustle like many others. Price was very fair as well considering the timing and the workers were just as professional and honest as the owner. Could not recommend them high enough.

Ran into issues with my AC unit after install of a new thermostat. Requested an appointment, and they were able to come out next day. Technician arrived early, was super polite. He managed to fix the issue in about 5 min, explained it clearly to me, answered a few additional questions I had about potential issues down the road with my old unit and replacement options. Super professional and knowledgeable, and honest about where my current system is in its lifespan. Will absolutely be using them in the future for all my hvac needs.

Excellent responsiveness at first, Mike arriving just a day or two after I called for the company's assessment of our failing air conditioning system. Mike promised a proposal. Then nothing. A call to the office a week later, leaving a message. Nothing. A second call a few days later, asking him to let me know the status of the proposal or let me know they weren't interested. Nothing. Wasted 2 weeks on this company, and out of time to make other plans for our air conditioning repairs.

Naim was exceptional. This company care about making sure your problem is solved quickly, BUT with the upmost quality. Our blower motor sounded like a vacuum cleaner, and thankfully, Naim found it was just an old inspection lable. Lots of HVAC people could easily upsell people, but not once did they try and screw us. Honest, reliable, and fast acting. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Mike for an estimate on replacing my old HVAC system.
He arrived well ahead of time, explained my options, explained the product to be used, the warranty, and the service needed. He was very honest about what could be done at an old building like mine, pointing out that, in my case, it does not pay to overspend for a higher efficiency product that would not deliver much in improved results, given the age of my building and the design of its heating and cooling system. I still have two more estimates to go, but I find Mike most refreshing and would urge others to give him call.

They were helpful and efficient with both my questions about what I need and the work itself. Prices were fair and they even helped with another spur of the moment issue that popped up. Very good service!

We had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace went out on a Saturday and they installed on Monday. They were professional, on time, and responsive. I never felt like they were trying to sell us. Great service!
