AirMaxx is a great choice if you are looking for someone trustworthy to come out quickly, quote the lowest service price(no hidden fees), and do the required work efficiently and correctly. For a home-maintenance rookie like myself, they were a welcome sight. Plus they used booties. Plus, plus they even found a hole in my roof that another repair guy couldn't find.

Jamie has been our HVAC serviceman for at least ten years. He and his helpers are always clean, courteous, and honest. He arrives when due, suggests the more inexpensive option when there is one available. He even came out one cold winter evening when my call interrupted his dinner. You can't go wrong with AirMaxx.

Jamie at AirMaxx really saved the day! He came and fixed the work of another air conditioning company that left me high and dry (and warm)! The owner, Jamie, answered the phone after hours, and he got the parts we needed. Airmaxx was prompt, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I called on 2/23/2022 after 9PM to get a quote and work on repairs to my furnace as it sounded like the ignitor was bad and would not complete a cycle to start pushing out heat. The gentleman that answered the called talk down to me in a condescending tone after i stated my concerns and told him i think it might be the ignitor. He asked if I have a volt meter (I do), but said no to see where this was going and he proceeded to talk to me about union pay for working late at night when I asked was a inspection free (it is but not at night $175 just to come out). I never worked for this company so how do i know what the policy is. I kept my cool cause i know life is not easy and i get calls all times of day and night about work but from employees and not customers whom I'm suppose to help and be most importantly kind and show empathy to given their situation which is why they call is to get help in a timely manner if possible given labor availability. I tell him let me discuss with the misses and I'll call back within 15 minutes or so. She told me to pay whatever and when I called back he blocked my number. After 5 attempts and 20 or so minutes later, I called back with my other phone and guess who picked up. Bottom line Is he costed his company and workers money while offering bad customer service. The other company I called knew what company I was talking about and even told me the name of this company as they get their complaints from customers and most importantly they get their business all because someone gave the wrong person a customer relations job who is clearly not qualified to do it.

Jamie and his crew really helped my family out of a bind installing our complete new AC system in the heat of summer when it seemed everyone else wanted to take advantage of my need for AC work.

Being a tradesman myself, knowing proper work ethics and processes, but not having the resources to do the work myself, it was a relief to see a crew like AirMaxx do such high quality work at such a reasonable price.

I called early on Saturday morning after being without AC for over a week. The only other company I could get to come out previously only quoted me a new unit and didn’t even open the cover to see what the issue was. AirMaxx was at my home by 11a and discovered the problem as a wire being chewed thru by a mouse. He cleaned out the unit and repaired the wire all for the cost of a service call. Thanks AirMaxx for being responsive and honest. Saved me $3700 for a new unit that is not needed. I’ll be calling AirMaxx for all my heating and cooling needs.

I recently had issues with my furnaces. I tried to fire them up in anticipation of the upcoming winter. Well, one fired up but the other flashed a series of lights. I checked the owner's manual and found that it indicated a bad pressure switch or blockage in the lines. I pulled the outside covers and found that wasps and spiders had taken up residency in the intake and exhaust pipes. I called AirMaxx and they were quick to respond. They changed the switch and did a comprehensive job of cleaning all of the webs and nests out of the lines. They even found webbing in the burner boxes of the furnaces. It was a good thing that Jamie wasn't afraid of spiders as a few climbed out during the cleaning process. They were very attentive to detail and made sure the job was done right the first time. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing and why, as well as tolerating my hovering around so that I could see what was being done.

We had Jamie from AirMaxx heating and cooling out today and for once in a very long time I am impressed at someone’s pride, quality and workmenship. Super knowledgeable spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me before he even knew I was going to use him. Put booties over his shoes when entering home, the work is super clean, wires tucked away, pipes tucked away and had to put a few more parts on the unit that were not expected and didn’t ask for any more money. Will definitely be our go to for any work we have done on our home and will recommend him to everyone.

For 4 years I have had issues with my dryer vent constantly getting clogged, not knowing any better I would believe these other companies stating that the job was done right. After years of frustration I found airmax who took the time to explain the situation with not only my husband who was the one home, but took the time out to speak with me on the phone. I choose to have the upgrades dryer vent cleaning package done for 195.00. And I so happy I did they actually took the time to remove the dryer vent from the ceiling to properly clean it and ensure all lint was removed, then place it back together and reseal the pipe. Who would have known that should be done, they also informed me that some things were done incorrectly previously and fixed someone else’s mistake included in the same price listed above. I am just so thankful that I choose them, I have already referred them to my mom. And they were so clean when I got home from work didn’t even notice that they were here. A huge plus is I called on a Sunday and they were out the next morning. Thanks Airmax,you rock!
