Carlos saved us a ton of money being an honest business man, and checking for our warranty on the carrier furnace unit. This is something 2 other local companies failed to do (wanting us to replace the whole unit and make them a lot of money). Carlos is the best. I have an old electric furnace which broke down last year and another heating & cooling place told me the part I needed was unavailable and I would need a new furnace. Then I decided to call Windy city and Carlos got the part and got my furnace working again.My furnace also broke down this year and Carlos came found the issue ordered the part I needed and got the furnace running again.

We have an old heating system that broke down not to long ago. After spending majority of our time trying to fix the issue, we finally called in Carlos. He was not only able to fix our issue in about an hour, but he talked to us about air quality, and helped us prevent future problems. He offers a great service and he is open 24 hours, so he will always be our go to for emergencies. The prices are fair for the quality work. Carlos came to our house after hours.Did a thorough job checking all electrical devices and the whole system. Never tried to sell something we did not need. Gave options to fix the problem. Total professional work. I have Reccomend him to several friends. Great to have someone you can trust!

Carlos had my ac unit back running within a couple of hours of calling him. He also fixed my thermostat while he was here. I will call him again for any future problems.

They person show up in my business dont have any knowledge abt heating and cooling they call some one in try to find problem by phone he just play arond with system try to pass time so get money by hourly for talking in phone
Finaly we ask for estimate is just way higher then u thought long story short they compny make people full i fix my coller 25% price from his estimate and still i pay for to come out find problem but fault he find at unit its not a problem at all
