Weir H&C demonstrated that they understand the impact of the issues their customers face and they truly care to help resolve them. Barb went way above and beyond to locate an alternative supplier for part needed for my furnace repair. Without her effort, it would have lagged 4 - 6 winter weeks to arrive due to current supply chain challenges. She didn't give up looking after two days and finally located one - then called and prompted the supplier to physically verify their inventory, so that my house could get its heat restored quickly. Once the part arrived, their service person quickly came to my house and within 15 minutes, my heat was restored. My experience with this company was outstanding.

I highly recommend Weir Heating & Cooling. My grandfather was a contractor for many years and used them on his home builds. I have personally used them now for a few years with a couple HVAC projects. I did a dual zone for my basement and most recently with a new furnace replacement. They have been very efficient, easy to work with and have very reasonable prices.

I could not be more pleased with the amazing work completed by Weir Heating and Cooling. Not only were they the best bid but the work they did and the short amount of time they completed it in was spectacular! I had an outdoor unit and coil replaced and they ran additional duct work and opened up a return and they did the job in one morning!!! Thanks again for a job well done!

I'm a contractor and have worked with Weir Heating and Cooling since the winter of 2002. They have a professional courteous staff, and have proven themselves to be prompt, Reliable and trustworthy. Weir Htg & Clg has done remodels, remove and replace work as well as new construction. All jobs were completed timely in a professional manner.

Knowledgeable staff, you can trust they will make the right repair and give you options for the future to upgrade to an energy efficient unit when the time is right. They won't pressure you. I like to support small family businesses.

If you are an African American I would strongly suggest that you take your business somewhere else as the president of this company Barb Weir thinks that it's ok and a laughing matter for whites at Lafayette High School to mock and belittle the African American students who transferred from St. Louis City Schools.

Her comment in response to the superintendent saying that the student's ill, racist and disrespectful comment amd social media post was unacceptable......."They don't care is one of the West County kids call another West County kid something but you better believe that some organization, Al Sharpton, somebody is going to jump on this bandwagon. Then there will be rioting and all kinds of publicity and a law suit. #Ourtaxdollarsatwork"

So if she doesn't feel like you're African American children deserve the same courtesy and respect as all the other students that attend Lafayette High School wide should you patronize her business and make her richer would your hard earned money. #fewertaxdollarsforhertowaste.
