Excellent service. Fair and honest. After was quoted a price for furnace repairs they were able to cut it in half when determined circuit board did not need replaced. Since I already agreed to it they could have easily just done the work and took my money.

This guy was great. Now I was lucky. Mike was coming south on 355 and he was able to show up on a Sunday afternoon for an air conditioning problem on a 90+ degree day in under an hour. He let me know this does not happen often. He stated the problem sounded small and was able to fix it in minutes. I feel he was very fair and accommodating. Also the person who answered the phone was one of the nicest after calling a few others. Thank you Home Comfort Systems.

This company is the finest HVAC contractor in the Chicago area. They installed and serviced my system and I have unreservedly recommended them to friends and family. Outstanding people.

Someone was recommended to me on our neighborhood website. He was here 3 days in a row. My A/C worked for a couple hours then broke AGAIN. I'm a Senior, and cannot tolerate these hot & humid 90 degree days. I left him messages - he never returned my calls. I looked on the Internet for the top HVAC places near Woodridge. Home Comfort was my pick - Best Decision I ever made! Mike came out within minutes & fixed the wiring, the way he does it (the right way). My A/C was back running - it took him about 10 minutes. I'd give Home Comfort 10 stars but it only has five. Mike is the most dedicated, compassionate man I've ever met. Thank You so much!!

I honestly can't say enough about their amazing customer service. When our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, they came right away and temporarily fixed our poor old unit until the new one was ordered and ready to install (which took just under a week). They even called throughout the week to check up on us and make sure that their temporary fix was still holding up...even on a Sunday evening! I don't know of any other company that would follow up like that. I highly recommend Home Comfort Systems!

Excellent customer service from the whole team, you all have a lot to be proud of. AL did a top notch job on the install and helped me to understand much more about the a/c system. We went with Home Comfort Systems on an enthusiastic referral and we are glad we did.

Mike was very personable and capable and explained everything about the problems with our 23 year old R -22 system. He was able to get it working properly and advised that we should consider a new R-410A system- which we will!

We had our overdue 29yr old furnace go out on us on a Friday. I talked to Steve that afternoon. He gave me very fair price and didn’t oversell me on a furnace I didn’t need. His price was right on line vs other quotes. He came out the next day when the furnace arrived to give us more information and to introduce himself. I could have not asked for a nicer guy or better service from his team. I am planning on getting a new AC very soon and will not look elsewhere as I could not be happier! They exceeded all my expectations which were high as I used to be a General Contractor.
