This is a owner operated managed company. Very talented professional employees. Fair priced quality service. Has been serving my home's for 10 years. This year I decided to upgrade my furnace and central air. I would recommend Kiefer to anyone for all your H-vac needs.

I finally found a heating and cooling company that I feel like I can trust. This company will not gouge you or try to sell you something more than what is necessary. Matt came out to my home and went above and beyond my expectations. He was honest and you can tell he had integrity. Just from my conversation with him I’m quite sure the integrity is from top to bottom with this company. That’s so hard to find sometimes. I highly recommend.

We had matt come out and fix our ac, super nice and professional guy, really felt like I wasn't getting ripped off, or that they were trying to overcharge me for anything, helped me with questions and advice, would definitely recommend and use again

They called to let me know the time they were coming and showed up on time. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and the most friendly people I have ever done business with.

The workman showed up on time but was not communicative at all. He finished the work without giving me a price. A month later I got a huge bill in which I did not agree to. I would not recommend this company.
