I was charged $510 for an ignition replacement that took 15 minutes and the part can be found online for $20-$50 (most other companies I've spoken to said it would cost $125-$200 for that service). When I tried to speak to someone in charge, I was given the run around and never able to speak to anyone. Also, the most frustrating part to me is that I thought I was helping out a local small business, but after speaking with the technician doing the work I learned that he was subcontracted by Aztec through a service app, drove in from Chicago and doesn't even work for them! So I was charged $510 for 15 minutes of work done by a third party, a $25 part and unable to speak to anyone about it. Would NOT recommend.

This is my third time to use Aztec Heating & Air Conditioning - The tech is very professional and always calls me right back (even after hours). Aztec Heating & Air Conditioning is an awesome company! I would highly recommend them for services - I am new to the area and have used them 3 times for services. Andrew is truly a gem. If you're looking for someone for your home needs for your A/C, Heat or plumbing these are your guys! Another job well done

They are just a middle man. They got the job done, but it was way too expensive. They charged me a service fee every time someone came to my house to fix the same furnace. They came to fix it and about 15 minutes after they left it stopped working. I was then charged another service fee for them to come back and fix it again. Would recommend to look around before going with Aztec.

I have been having trouble with my AC for a while now. They came out to check it out and found that it wasn't working properly. They replaced the part and I haven't had any problems since! I would recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with their AC!

I had Aztec Heating & Air Conditioning show up today for my systems yearly service. The technicians who came were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with them and i was very impressed.I would definitely recommend them.
