Steve came out to service our A/C unit and he was great. Very personable when he first arrived and always kept us informed as to what he was doing and ways we can keep things working properly and offered options w/o making it feel like he was trying to sell us something. I would highly recommend this company for their promptness, honesty, efficiency & professionalism! Job well done!

Wow! Saturday emergency and Newton Heating and Cooling showed up and fixed our furnace issue. What a great honest company. The tech came and found the problem was a small thing and just charged for coming out. They truly care about their customers’ needs and wants. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Helpful, beyond helpful.
