They installed a new gas burning horizontal fireplace. I’m in a condo and it can be complicated getting into walls with new system and vents. They were professional, very customer service oriented. Delivered exactly what I wanted as promised: removal of old fireplace, installation of new one and framing & design of new mantle.

Incredible company and knowledge! We called and talked to the owner and he fixed the issue we were having with our AC! Our house was almost 90 degrees for the past several days and one call to John does it all... thanks Lake Creek Comfort!

John and his crew were amazing. Installed a natural gas fireplace (stove) for us and we decided we needed a bigger one. They came out and installed new bigger one and we love it. Best customer service ever which is so hard to find these days!!

My A/C decided to stop working out of the blue right when things got hot, and a quick phone call to John diagnosed the problem and he walked me through the repair right on the phone. It cost me a whopping $30 and I was able to do it myself. I can’t say enough good things.

What a great group to work with. They put in my new gas stove in an awkward spot and were nothing but good about it the entire time. It’s hard to find good skilled folks these days, but John and the crew were awesome!
