High Mark Heating & Cooling

The Team @ High Mark has provided "5 star" service for us in multiple houses since the company's start. whenever it is "new years day" @ 0 degree weather and my heat pump went out or to install propane stoves or servicing the HVAC systems on regular schedule and no matter which team member comes to help/rescue it is always a pleasure to deal with them and good pricing.

I had a problem with my heating pump and called High Mark at about 8:05 am. Chris the technician called me back about 20 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. He arrived before 9:00am. Chris was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. The pump works fine now.

Tried to get a line set brazed and charged but because I didnt buy the heat pump from them, they refused to do it. Hope you stay busy enough to not need any work in the future. No sense in calling these people for service. What if I bought a house with it already in it? They wouldn't service it because they didn't install it? Bad business practice.

This place is a joke. I called to see if they would braze and evacuate a new lineset. They told me that they were probably to busy to do a little job because they only do big jobs. I said I understand, and I'm fine with a paying a service call minimum. They said they would call me back and they did. They said they only service homes with systems that they install. I do home renovations and remodeling. I will never recommended them to anyone in need of hvac service.

Jacob was fast and efficient. Our heater is back to normal and working very well. The staff at High Mark were all great. They are now our go to heating company!

High Mark did a great job fixing my furnace at a reasonable price and they got it do e very quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

When my AC went out, I called and these guys were out within a few hours. Not only were they friendly and responsive, but remained extremely professional and honest. They're the best in the area!

I had a water leak to a system they had not installed. I knew they did similar installs and they should be able to fix this issue. I called on a Sunday night and they were there Monday morning. Very prompt and efficient. Thank you.

When looking for heating and ac services, this company is the most thorough and professional! They stand behind their work and don't cut corners. I'm a customer for life!
