Had my AC unit freezing up lately and they were able to squeeze me into a same day appointment. Doris, the office gal who scheduled the appointment, was very personable and easy to deal with and the tech who came (Thomas) was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem today so I don't have to melt in this heat! Very satisfied.

Loved the upbeat answer I got when I called, Doris was a great help and was on top of getting a tech out to me quick! Thomas showed up and was amazing, gave me a estimate, nothing hidden Ed and explained to me what needed Fixed vs. estimate on a whole new unit. Overly pleased and will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs!

This is a serious issue of our heating system installed by Integrity Heating and Air. After being in our home for 3 years, my wife and I decided to have our heating system checked for proper operation. My wife has a friend who works for a heating and air conditioning company in Nampa so we decide to have them come out and look at our furnace because it had not been checked since the initial construction. After checking the system, they informed us they would need to shut the system down because it was emitting enough carbon dioxide to be a hazard and could no longer be used without some serious repair. They explained that the gas setting on the incoming regulator was set at 8 which was more than double what it should be and had burned holes in the chambers and allowing harmful fumes into the home. The technician who discovered this had been in the business for over twenty years and said in all the years, he had only seen this one other time. I asked him the likelihood of this becoming out of adjustment after the initial installation and he said that was very unlikely, meaning it was most likely installed this way or was never checked during the initial installation and was set this was from the factory. The technician also said a proper installation technician should have made this check and it should have been caught during the initial installation. Integrity Heating and Air from Nampa performed the initial installation. I called them and asked them about the issue and they said the manifold has a lifetime warranty but the extra cost above and beyond the manifold would be so cost prohibitive to just replace the manifold, we would need to install a new furnace. Of course we did not have them install a new one, they didn’t install it correctly the first time, how can we trust them a second time. This was over $3000 out of our pocket after only living in the home for three years, when we should have had 15 to 20 years of service from the original furnace. The subcontractor for the HVAC during the initial construction was Integrity Heating and Air from Nampa and I will be giving them a “F” rating on the Better Business Bureau website.
