Well, Steve installed the HVAC system on the house I would end up buying. Now that's pretty cool. But in this small world it also turns out they've done a complete install for a very close friend of mine Randy whose opinion I highly value and respect when it comes to "who to hire".

So we had Steve service our rental property after another company told us we'd have to replace everything. Turned out, he was able to save us a lot of money and replace the blower fan and service the unit. I strongly appreciate people who are honest, do good work and are professional.
