Wow! I was so impressed with, Ed and his son, Micha! They came over to my home minutes after I called them. They detected the problem quickly and even had the replacement part on truck! I have a new A/C and heating guy! ❤️

AC liquid line sprung a leak, so I called 3 companies. The first two were over $1,000 and tried to get me to replace the system. Henson's was less than 1/3 the cost, and they ended up doing way more. Henson's is that local family run business that you are looking for, at a time where the business model in the rest of the valley aims to extract as much money as possible from you. They don't have fancy ipads or a sleek website, but they are honest and know their stuff. I can't recommend them enough.

Henson’s installed our system in our custom built home hired by our general contractor. Return grills were installed as flat panels only w/o hinged grill grates and filters throughout the entire home. Flex ductwork was barely supported in the crawl space and installed without coupler connections compressing the ductwork at every connection limiting our heat and cooling output to our floor vents. Penetration through the roof for furnace gas venting was installed on the front side/street side of roof when it could have been installed out of sight. Ashely Heating & Air was hired to repair and replace the system install.
We are not sure how Henson’s passed inspection with the assigned Boise City mechanical inspector.
Don’t make the same mistake we made.

Don't mess around with the fancy trucks and websites that pop up on searches, call Ed with 30 years experience, honesty and a desire to do whatever it takes to NOT have to replace your furnace. Our furnace went out. 16 years old. We had a guy from advanced and another big place come and check it out. "Definitely needs to just be replaced..." they both said after fiddling with things and charging $125+. So we got 6 bids. Right now, western, perfect Air, diamond, advanced and some other one. Lowest was right now but they have aweful reviews. Highest was perfect and western. We almost forked out the $3000 to do it. Then my dad said he has used Ed Henson for 20 years and swears the guy has saved him $5000. I called right then, a Saturday. Ed was there within an hour. He found exactly what it needed, new limit switch. Cleaned the same dirty parts the other guys said they had. Charged me $85 and said I have 10 years left. I really can't give him a high enough recommendation. He doesn't advertise, he despises the dishonestly if so many in the industry. He doesn't play the flashy salesman game, he just know his stuff, fixes it, and charges an incredibly fair price. Don't mess around with the big names, salesman tactics, and fancy trucks unless you like being conned.

I am a real estate broker. Ed has been servicing my personal equipment as well as my clients for over 10 years. He is very timely and tells it like it is, which I appreciate. I am approached by other companies constantly, but Ed is my go to Heating and A/C specialist.

Henson's Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job with our new AC Unit and Furnace. Very professional, trustworthy, and affordable. Would recommend to anyone!

Ed is a bottom line type person, he does not beat around the bush. All my work over the past year has been done in a professional manner and was done on time. This place is the best bang for your buck.

Not a reliable business. made us wait 5 days in heatwave to make a simple repair, then never showed, even after we called after their window of time expired. They again said they'd be here when we called. NO show. This company was rude, threatening, and now a no show. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Henson's Heating and Air Conditioning at this time.
