Smart AC Systems customer service is excellent. Their response to my phone calls was immediate. All employees are personable, professional and knowledgeable. Any and all questions, I or my family had, about the installation were answered with great care. We needed additional work with my electric before the AC systems could be installed and the subcontractor that works with them was equally professional and willing to work with my schedule. I own and operate and B n B, therefore the Smart AC system crew needed to work around other guests when they were on the exterior areas. The air conditioners that Smart AC Systems installed are extremely quiet--no noise and blend in with the decor beautifully. The installation was a complete success.
