Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

Willy came to my home right on schedule as arranged the previous day. He was very professional and thorough in cleaning my carpets and thoroughly removing tough stains. He has a positive attitude and great sense of humor which, to me, is a bonus considering it's a tough job! I highly recommend Sears Carpet & Upholstery Care .

Had Willie come and clean our carpet. He was punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable about the white fibers we thought was per hair but actually from another carpet used by previous owners. Would recommend to my family and friends!

This is the 2nd year we have used Willie's Sears carpet service, and he does a superb job! We have white textured carpet and 3 black cats & one who likes to barf like a super model: : 0. Willie gets the stains out and he also cleans our mattresses, and all of our upholstered furniture- something many carpet cleaning services wont do at all. He was able to clean our 5 bedrooms, landing, 14 steps, 3 mattresses, 2 sofas, & 2 recliners in 3.5 hours! The house smells fresh and clean & he saves me about 2 days of hard labor if I did it myself! He is very professional- he calls the day prior to verify your address, and time of arrival- he arrived right on time, and he cleans up any residual cleaning water on the floors etc. His equipment is based in his van- so he only needs his hoses, sprayers and vacuum in the house- everything else is self contained- which is also great- as I have had other carpet cleaners drag big, heavy machines around- emptying dirty water down my toilets- or they bang the walls etc.. Willie puts up corner guards and sliders under your furniture so he can easily move it around to clean below it. We won't use anyone else!

Willie arrived on the early side of when he said he would be here, he was personable and efficient, and did an amazing job of cleaning the white fabric of our bed headboard. Seriously, it looks like new. I definitely recommend this man for amazing work.

Willie was awesome! He was accommodating for our last minute scheduling. Cleaned the carpets in less than 30 minutes. Also, he's hilarious.
