Air Central LLC

I've installed two brand-new York air conditioning units and my dental office and within less than 3 years their circuit board broke. And I was expected to pay $2800 in repairs.
I understand wear and tear occurs so i called them I wanted to know more information about that might have caused it and if it was under warranty. I was disappointed that no one could give me an explanation of what happened nor could they tell me if we fixed the problem or how to prevent it from happening again.
The account manager (Owners wife) I spoke to told me that they realized that it was partially their fault so she would give me a discount and when I looked at what discount she gave me ($50) it was like a slap in the face
I've decided to move to another airconditioning service company and do not recommend working with Aircentral as their customer is very poor
