I've been a customer of Josh Maul at Harris Neck for three years, both for my personal home and a rental property. He has always been quick, fair, professional, and fair-priced. He'll answer the phone at 9am on a Monday or 9pm on a Saturday. He's honest with what you NEED to fix, and what you MAY WANT to fix. He doesn't upsell, and his work is quality. There's no one I'd trust more with my homes, and any time someone asks for a recommendation, I always point them to Josh. You will not be disappointed.

Called Josh Maul of Harris Neck Heating and Air on Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday (the next day) and he showed on time. Josh was very professional and rapidly diagnosed the problem with my Heat Pump. Josh took the time to explain the problem, what parts needed to be replaced and why the parts were bad. Josh had all the parts on hand and fixed the heat pump making sure the unit worked properly. Very happy with his service and glad to have found a local HVAC company I can trust. In the future, Josh is the one I'll call.

My A/C quit on a Friday, late afternoon, I called Harris Neck Heating & Air and Josh pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. He promptly showed up and got the system up and running in a matter of minutes.

Josh is my family’s Go-To for all our heating and air work. We’ve used him for over 5 years because he’s responsive, his prices are great, and he stands behind his work.

We recently had him doing some repairs and he told us some of it a was related to a job he did for us three years ago (NOT shoddy workmanship, but normal wear and tear). Regardless because of that he did the job for free. We would have had no idea. He’s THAT honest.

When our A/C had issues during the hottest parts of summer, he came out and did work on his day off even though he already had plans. You can’t go wrong with Harris Neck.

Josh is truly the "Ultimate Professional"! We are so lucky to have someone of his quality so close to us in Belvedere Plantation. He provides excellent, very reasonably-priced service that is spot-on. He really understands that HVAC problems NEVER happen at "convenient" times, so he goes out of his way to come to the rescue when needed. I absolutely recommend Josh over anyone else around. He is very personable, easy to work with.......and LOVES DOGS!!! All of my neighbors who have used Josh say the same thing: "Won't use anyone but Josh". Called him on the weekend after hours and he was able to come out the next day bright and early. Great communication and fast work. The problem was fixed within an hour. Literally went above and beyond for me and my family. I would 100% recommend his services. AC went out on Friday night called Jason Saturday at 7:30 am, he answered own phone, and was here by 9:30 am in Midway. He was honest in explaining part was under warranty but would be Monday before he could get that claim started and we made decision to by pass warranty and we were up and running by 10 AM. .

Josh was fast & efficient. He gave an honest estimate & we didn’t have to wait. He’s able to answer any questions you might have & in terminology that’s easy to understand. Once we decided to go with his expertise he & his crew were here, and we had a new unit in about an hour!

We could not be more pleased with the work that Josh and his team did for us. He recommended the high efficiency evolution units and they are quiet and powerful as described. Well worth the reasonable cost. Very professional work from friendly, capable crew.
