We called with an issue 2:30 on a Friday after and the on call tech, JJ, was at our place by 4:30 with our AC repaired by 5:30! Highly recommend

Tony is a real-life life-saver!! He saved my dryer and my home! It was a complete fire hazard and I had no idea! Now, because of him, I'm safe AND I have dry clothes!! Tony, thank you for going above and beyond for us and for educating me on what to look out for from now on. You didn't have to do that but it meant a lot. This entire company, from the same day quote/service, to the communication prior to my service, and all the way to Tony's EXCEPTIONAL service/guidance, I'd give you guys 100 stars if I could!!!!

My outside spout broke in the evening I tried to turn it off to no avail. I didn’t know how to turn the water off and my backyard was flooding. I called Service Emperor, hoping that someone would be able to come out after 9: 00 on a Saturday night. Thank God they sent Tony Forlenza He came out and immediately assessed the problem. He had to search for the main water valve in dark but he did. It didn’t take him long and the job was finished. Great experience! I will use Service Emperor again and recommend to others.
