Not only did they have us up and running within a couple hours. Eric went above and beyond with customer service. He even called the next day to ensure we were still good. His tech Chester was helpful and cleaned the area thoroughly after they finished the job. Eric took the time to explain the operation setup with us which was really just a breath of fresh air after the last AC company we used.

We had a part go out on a Saturday night and lost our A/C. We reached out to Edge on Sunday morning not optimistic we could get things fixed. Cameron came out quickly and worked throughout the day to not only diagnose our problem, but find a part from a closed supply store, and ultimately repair our unit. What an awesome service experience! Thank you Cameron and EDGE AC!

My ac went out in the dead of summer and one call these guys were on top of it! Got a new unit and air handler and had us back up and running in no time! Highly recommend!

Recently moved into a new house. However, before we were able to move in, we needed to have two air conditioning units replaced. We decided to use Edge out of Rincon, Ga. It was mid-December and with the holidays/short notice, we did not expect them to be replaced or to move in before the new year. Sean and his team were so awesome to work with and had the units installed before Christmas, which is much sooner than we expected!!!! I would just like to personally thank Sean for his help and guidance throughout the process. (We are first time home buyers, still learning many things) I would also like to thank the two men who worked, sun up to sun down, two days strait, replacing parts and installing the new units. You all were truly awesome and made this experience as easy as possible. Thank you!!

Needed after hours service, called left a message and received a call back within 5 minutes if that!! The Technician was extremely helpful, quick to get loaded up and out to my house and fixed within no time! Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Definitely have customers for ever and will recommend to others as well!
