The air on the first level of my house was not working. I called and someone was able to come the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right then and there. The price was reasonable and the quality of the service was excellent. The technician went above and beyond and cleaned trashed areas that the original installers left behind in my attic. He also advised me on what I need to do to get better circulation going in other parts of my house. I will be using them again to fix that problem soon. I highly recommend them if you have any trouble with your cooling and heating system.

Our air conditioner stopped working and our house was 88F INSIDE! We called and they sent a serviceman out the same day and he arrived EXACTLY when scheduled. The problem was simple, as was the fix. I thought repairs would cost a ton more than they did. About $400 total for parts, labor, and freon. WAY less than a new unit, and he even replaced the air filters! Super friendly and quick! Now we can actually live in our house. I chose this company based on the Google reviews and I was not disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

After several years of dealing with a 20+ year old HVAC system I decided to finally bite the bullet and get it replaced. Through sheer luck I was connected with Weldon Smith Services and they were a godsend after dealing with more than one huckster pulling fast ones on me. It has been a long 4 days but after getting the run around form my Homebuyer Warranty (ultimately telling them to take a hike after they agreed to reimburse me a fraction of the cost) they were able to get the parts needed and installed! These guys are awesome and helped me navigate a situation I have no idea about. I would recommend them to anyone for your HVAC wants and needs. I was referred to Weldon Smith by a family member, the service was great, very knowledgeable and very reasonable.Both my units were 17 years old and needed replacing. They gave me several option to chose from and some changes in my system operations, so I had 2 complete high efficiency units installed. I would highly recommend Weldon Smith Services to anyone!

Just had my Hvac system replaced by Weldon Smith Services. I had been watching their Facebook page where they share pictures of there work and was very pleased with what I saw. I got an estimate and a few months later scheduled the work . These guys are the best. Prompt and on time , answer every question you have , and the quality of their work is top notch. The price was fair and on budget also . These guys take pride in the work they do, and they treat your home as if it was their own. Was so clean when they were done only way you knew they were here was the new equipment. I also love that they are local and a family run business, and would recommend to anyone in their service area.

Caleb came out and serviced our 3 systems and rental home and did a wonderful job. He was very polite and professional and was right on time. He notified us before he did any necessary repairs to get our systems running like they should. We are staying cool and everything is working great! We had JUST bought a house, it was cold and the heater wasn't working. I called Weldon Smith because the property disclosure said they installed/serviced the AC part of the unit. Even though it was a Sunday night, Caleb came to our rescue. He worked really hard to get it working in the most economical way possible - we had spent so much money buying/moving into our new house. House inspector said unit was at end of useful life but Caleb got us working and we hope to get through winter (and holiday). We were super vulnerable and he could not have been more helpful. Just great to know there are honest, kind, professional people still out there!

If you live in their service area, this is the HVAC Company you should use! They are a trustworthy family run company, that is a pleasure to deal with! They treat your home or business as if it were their's. I know I will always receive, top notch service whenever I need them.
