I had the best experience with the team at Atlantic HVAC! Yesterday they came to replace the furnace and when they got further into the attic, they realized several places also needed duct replacement. The techs called the service manager and he was there within 20 minutes to take a look. I was prepared to wait for a quote and an appointment for a different day, but before I knew it they all came back with the parts they needed and replaced everything. They all have communicated very well from the beginning and they are all so friendly! The pricing was also super reasonable and I definitely feel like it was money well spent. Thanks everyone at Atlantic!!

I’ve had several people come out to look at a system that was never fixed permanently. I gave one call to the office manager , Ashly. She immediately helped get someone out. Randy fixed everything in no time. Super thankful for a very reliable company and great people.

First time using Atlantic. Technician was prompt, courteous and answered my many questions. He was thorough and also alerted me to a small issue and took care of it. I would definitely recommend them.

Dixon was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and efficient. He knew the system and figured out the issue in no time. I had an issue where my outside AC line kept freezing up causing my home not to cool like it should. My home was built in 2015 with a Goodman AC system. I already had the installers of the unit come out and serviced it with 2lbs freon. Next day, same issue. Dixon determined it was a fault capacitor. Kudos to Dixon and Atlantic HVAC.

Atlantic HVAC and their entire team, 5 stars! From the time you call to place your service requests the ladies in the office are amazing and very professional. The tech arrives exactly the time stated and always get the job done. I use them at the apartment community I manage and I must say they have exceeded my expectations. I’ve even met the owner Josh and he’s definitely an owner operator as he will respond to calls and assist his team. The best HVAC team in the southeast, hands down!

Amazing customer service! My AC went out in our home, they were very fast with getting out here to get this resolved. I have had several people call me to speak about what was wrong and the solution to fix it. I am very pleased with the help of the staff of Atlantic HVAC. Highly recommend them for AC needs.

I can't say enough nice things about the folks at Atlantic HVAC and Property. Mrs Shelby was just the sweetest and always called me back whenever she said she would or if I'd called and left a message for her . Mrs Carla was awesome as well and Mr Randy the HVAC technician that came out was prompt and figured out right away what was wrong with our unit . He answered all my questions and was just straightforward. So far all I can say about this company is nothing but, good things and I will call on them in the future should I need them .

The service was fast and very efficient. The technician was very professional and proficient.
