Sullivan was very responsive to our failed AC system. They were actually the second company we called, the first was a well known company in-town. That company's tech came out and pumped refrigerant into our system without much assessment of leaks, visual inspection of inside or outside. That cost us over $300 and proceeded to leak-out in two days.....no follow-up.
Called Sullivan and the tech responded quickly by phone and to the house. Diagnosed over the phone and confirmed after spending time in and outside our home. They helped us with the repair and the warranty with train. Their time spent including a thorough discussion of what is going on with our system and educating us on our options with pros and cons.
They also checked our second system at the time with no charge.

Same day appointment and attention to detail. Communication was great, and my technician Adam was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend calling if you appreciate quality work and good customer service. 👍

Replaced $50 thermostat and $20 transformer and charged $680. Took technician 2 hours to do work. According to manager, the fee was as high as it was because they apply a lifetime warranty on the parts replaced. He was not willing to provide a fee excluding the warranty. He did reduce the fee by 20% but the fee is still too high in my opinion. I believe I will take my business somewhere else in the future.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They arrive punctually for appointments (but always call a few minutes in advance to confirm) and get to it. They know their systems and there’s no on the job training with these guys. Prices are at the higher end of the reasonable spectrum, but very reasonable considering the skill & experience they bring to bear, which (trust me on this) provides significant savings compared to the costs you’ll have if someone does the work incorrectly.

AC stopped working. I called Sullivan Heating and Air the following day and within 2 hours Jacob knocked on my door ready to repair my faulty system. He had it running in short order and checked the system charge. I have always appreciated the prompt efficient and courteous service that Jacob offers. Kudos to Jacob and Sullivan for a job well done.

They are always there when you need them. I called quite a few other places and they told me they could help in a few days. But Sullivan came and fixed my ac that day. Wonderful service.

When with a diagnosis already stablished for an evaporator coil leak on my a/c. I had all info with me about unit, mode, serial ect. Can't give me an estimate unless a technician do an inspection ($$$) and of course let him tell what I already know.

Great company surprised at the great service i got even during the time of this pandemic, they were very cautious and courteous to me I am so great full to have them here!
