I am still new to that Atlanta area so when I need some type of home service, it's hard to know whom to depend on and trust. When my air conditioning stopped working in August, I didn't have a lot of time to do research. I did call around some though, and I chose Premier HVAC because the woman who answered the phone, Jackie, was just so friendly - and she and Steve went out of their way to help me out because I had no AC and it was August! When Steve came, he was just as friendly as Jackie was and made my mother laugh with his humor. Most of all, he thoroughly checked into my AC problem, took the time to explain to me what was happening, fixed everything on the spot, and made the extra effort to answer all my AC/heating questions - many of which did not have to do with the AC problem at hand. The good people at Premier HVAC are professional, friendly, honest and thorough. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Premier HVAC saved me. I got home from work one day and my 20ish year old AC unit had finally died. it was 90 degrees and my pets were so miserable as was I.
I called several other companies all of whom told me it would be 2-3 weeks til they could come and look at it. I called Premier and they answered right away and came out the next day. they were able to give us a temporary fix the day after it broke but informed us that we needed a new unit (which we guessed since its so old).
We compared prices for new unit and installation and Premier was the best in the area.
On top of being reasonably priced, they are professional, kind, and do an excellent job. Many thanks to them for saving us during the hottest time of year. I'll send anyone who I talk to Premier!

Great group! I called at 9 pm expecting to leave a message and the phone was answered quickly despite Jacki being at dinner. She got me scheduled for a 9 am visit the next morning to address my A/C unit that wasn’t working upstairs. The technician found the problem, fixed the issue and our cool air was back in less than 14 hours of us reaching out. Thank you so much!

This company is amazing! I have used them for all 3 of my systems for maintence and repairs. In addition, I am a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway and have referred them to numerous clients for installation of new systems, repairs, and service. All my clients love them! Excellent customer service, pricing, and expertise! I am very picky about who I refer since they become a reflection of me, and I will refer them again and again.

I have now used premier for a couple of years. Steve and all of his techs are very honest and hard working people. Always giving their best as well as going the extra mile to install all of the equipment properly. There is not another hvac company in Atlanta area that I would use over them.
