Tech was very professional and responsive to all my questions/ concerns..
Job was completed on time and no issues so far.

Had my old water heater removed and a new one put in. Some code violations were found and corrected. Work looks professional and neat.

This company is unprofessional. Came up too Atlanta from Florida for Christmas. And my 90 year old Grandmother was in the house with no heat for two days with inside temperature showing 27 degress on the thermostat. And 18 degress outside. My Grandmother couldn't move at all. She was ice cold. The system is only "1 year"old and cost "$11,000". I called the number for ARS and got a call center in Texas. And they was very rude and disrespectful and not sympathetic at all. It's Sunday and they talking about sending someone out Wednesday. This is a medical emergency involving and elderly woman. The representatives cursed me out and everything and told me that my Grandmother don't mean nothing. Ain't nobody working or coming out on Christmas. My lawyer will be filing a lawsuit against this company in the next few days ! And I'm calling the local news station and the Police ! This is elderly abuse !

Great job. Fixed our clogged pipe quickly and adjusted a handful of fittings. Very happy with the service

This business came out to do an inspection of my current hot water tank and an estimate for a new one. The technician was very helpful and professional, came out on time, and gave good advice on the replacement tank. Their price for a new tank was pretty high so I have not moved forward with them but I appreciate their good service response.

Tub facet leak in wall. Quick, clean work area, respectful, and friendly tech. Would recommend.

Had to have my water heater replaced. The plumber was very professional. Had a small issue in which he had to come back out to our house but did so without any problems. So far now everything is going good. I thought the job was pricey but most things are nowadays.

Nathan showed me the things to look for and what to do in case of leaks. He also made suggestions on what to consider if I make additional changes.
