North Macon Heating and Cooling

When we moved to Macon, our heat pump unit was dying. We contacted Michael of North Macon Heating & Cooling as he came highly recommended from locals. He made some repairs but pointed out that the unit was worn out after 20 years of service. A short while later we decided to go with a new unit. Michael very kindly credited us back the FULL AMOUNT of repairs and used the credit towards the new unit. A new TRANE unit was installed and it was GREAT in every respect! Fast forward 3 years. We move to AZ and Michael called to see how we're doing. After i explained we moved, he offered to help in any way at any time in the future if needed. We took him up on that. We found we had issues with our unit at our new home but didn't know who to trust. He was more than willing to work with our current contractor and verify necessary repairs. I couldn't ask for a more trustworthy and honorable HVAC contractor than Michael. Thank you Michael...you're a life saver!

I called late in the afternoon on Friday for an emergency leak from my upstairs HVAC unit. I was happy that a technician came out within the hour to take a look, however I was not pleased that he did not seem confident in answering and solving our problem. 2.5 hours later I paid him the service fee and he left. Sunday morning we were having our ceiling repaired from the leak and discovered some more water - we found that the condensation drain was left completely detached from the unit and the trickle of water dripped onto our newly placed sheetrock. I immediately called the company expecting to leave a message because it was Sunday however a representive answered (pleasantly surprised!) and had a manager call me back immediately. He personally came out to take a look same day and discuss the issue. He refunded our service fee and glued the condensation pipe for us. Although I was initially disappointed I give them credit for providing same day service and resolution to the issue. Thank you to manager Luke!

The AC in my rental property stopped cooling on a hot day, and even after working long hours for many others in the same situation, Odie called after his inspection of the situation. He explained it in as much detail as I needed, helped me understand my options, and genuinely was concerned about ME feeling good about the next steps. He called back when he said he would, and treated me right. Certainly a company with heart - the type you really need and are glad to find when faced with a difficult situation.

Our technician Oddie was very helpful and courteous. This is my first experience with North Macon Heating & Cooling, but I look forward to a long relationship with this company. They have been very helpful!

William came out and within 5 minutes knew what the issue was. Super nice guy got us fixed up and the air back going within no time! Definitely recommend this company and will have my business going forward!

Luke solved my dryer vent issue in a matter of minutes.He's a experienced and knowledgeable guy.Ill call him if there is any issue in the future.i highly recommend him
