Dynasty Heating and Air were amazing. My ac went out and the warranty company sent out Cooltech heating in air who was unprofessional and rude. They didn't show up on the schedule day and did the bare minimum while Dynasty was on time and able to fix my issue.

Technicians diagnosed issue and returned after a week without the correct parts to repair AC, furthermore the technician broke the other unit in the process, after repeated calls to their office it took 4 days to get them back out. Not happy, bad service., beware
