Acker Heating & Cooling

Acker heating and cooling was AWESOME! Our heater went out in the dead of winter, and I was dreading the cost of replacing our unit right before Christmas time. When we bought our house a year ago, I knew we would eventually have to replace it, but had hoped for a little more longevity with it.
We were able to get an appointment promptly. The technician was great about communicating with me about his arrival and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the issues to me at a level I could understand (I am not savvy with home appliances). Our unit was not fixable, as anticipated, but he showed us how to run the unit on gas and emergency heat to make it through the winter so we wouldn’t have to shell out the cost of a unit right before Christmas. We will definitely be using Acker when we have to replace our unit by summer. I highly recommend Acker Heating and Cooling and really appreciate their honesty and great customer service!

Excellent service! John came out super fast and had my repair scheduled asap. The technician showed up when he said he would and replaced my coil quickly. They were also several hundred dollars cheaper than others I checked with. I will definitely be using them for any issues in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can not brag enough about this company. We recently had to have an entire re-duct AND had to replace our HVAC unit. The folks from Acker were punctual, professional, kind and did a wonderful job. I was kept up-to-speed through the entire process from Bryan Acker which was so helpful, especially for a new home owner with little knowledge of major renovations. Due to the hard work of the Acker crew, the work was done ahead of schedule, which was so important during this brutal heat, and now we can sit back and enjoy the cool breeze.

I have worked with Bryan and his team on three complete systems installed in my last three home renovations. They pay attention to detail and deliver on time.

We had another company before Acker and were highly disappointed. First all Ackers, sent someone who had experience with our unit, and secondly as soon as he arrived he wore a mask and shoe covers, impressive! Before he left he made sure everything was running properly. We will call again! Thank you!
