My dryer was under warranty. The company wanted to use his service. The person called me a day earlier than the appointment wanting to come on over. I told him I was headed to work. I already scheduled a time for the following day. He said no worries he would be there and be through before 2.
Next day I wait all day no word. I call they tell me there's no ticket for me and he didn't call me. He had no idea who I was. I told him he called me the day before that's how I had his number. He called me a liar. After 5 minutes on the phone with him being extremely rude he said oh we come by no one was there after 5 minutes of him claiming he never spoke to me the day before or that he did not have a ticket for me. I lost it. Do not use them. This guy has no clue what's going on. He's extremely rude.

Company's name is "B&w Air" but the lady on the phone said they don't do duct work for AC units, that they repair them, install them and do appliance repair. So they're more or less electrical and appliance repair, not Heating and "Air" which is how Google indentified them.
