We had a fantastic experience with Chris, Freddy and everyone else we encountered with at the Air Company. Chris went above and beyond to help us diagnose our HVAC's issues and determine a course of action when we learned we needed a new system. The options were clearly explained and Chris helped us achieve the most bang for our buck. They also were incredibly fast getting Freddy and his team out to replace the unit to get ahead of freezing rain that was expected over the weekend. Freddy communicated clearly throughout the installation and was incredibly conscientious giving us a heads up whenever he needed to come indoors to work. All and all our family is very happy - a 5 star experience on all fronts!

Thanks for getting my AC fixed on a rainy Monday! This company has great communication by text and phone. Dana who answers calls is amazing. Guerrilmo and Shaeem were both very nice and kind and skilled techs. They figured out how to get onto the roof of my condo and found and fixed the problem quickly.

The technician was great. He was on time and explained everything he was doing. Although we didn’t find a problem I will definitely use this company if one should arise

He was Prompt, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure I understood every step of the process and educated me on how to better maintain my system. My AC is colder than it has ever been and I couldn't be happier.

I began working with the Air Co. about 1 year ago and cannot recommend this company enough. They combine the highest quality service with affordable prices. I have never worked with a company with faster response times - in any industry. Not too long ago I thought my heating system had stopped working and they had someone prepared to come out within hours. They are always on time (if not early) for appointments. And they don’t use appointment windows but actual times which is great for scheduling. Save yourself HVAC headaches and use the Air Co!

I used the Air Company to install a new furnace. The installation was time sensitive due to the pending sale of my home. They got me a quote quickly and completed the install a couple of days later. Superior work!

Great 1st experience with this company. They were referred by my neighbor who also had a great experience. Got out to my house on time the next day after I spoke with them. Fixed exactly what needed fixing and price was very fair. Got an automated alert after with job details, etc.
