Jarvis called me back immediately and squeezed us in as soon as he could. He fixed our nest thermostat wire and some other switch and the pricing was extremely reasonable. HVAC is working great, thank God, as Atlanta summers are no joke. Hopefully wont need him again for a long while but if we need anything HVAC, he’s the guy we’re calling

Jarvis was professional, kind, and truly and demonstrates excellent client service from inquiry/booking all the way to completion! Jarvis answered all of my questions both technical and nontechnical, explained them in a way that made sense given I have no background knowledge! He was flexible with service dates due to an unexpected trip - He was honest and fair about pricing and didn’t mind giving comparable quotes! Jarvis and his company also offer financing options which is very unique in his line of business! I absolutely will only refer him and his business & can’t wait to see how his business grows!!! Jarvis is affordable and he knows what he is doing. He is very thorough and checks every single wire, knob, or whatever before he gives you a definitive diagnosis of the issue. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking assistance with ac repairs.

It took 3 weeks of trying to get a part from Trane delivered on time, But Trane dropped the ball on communication and that lack of communication would make Jarvis look bad. Myself as a customer of Jarvis knew it was not his fault but big manufactures like Trane that DO NOT CARE about the people like myself that had no HEAT through Christmas with family and made J&Cooling look bad which is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Jarvis and his company kept consist communication with myself, Always arrived on time and kept everything professional but not to the professional level of trying to up sell you on something you did not need or could not afford. I would call him again once I have another issue. So many scam companies out there. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND J&COOLING EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU HAVE AN ISSUE

Jarvis was exceptional. He properly diagnosed our issue and presented options to get the issue to a resolution. Would recommend definitely recommend and continue to have him service our units.

Just finishing with a remodel in Alpharetta, and if it weren't for J & Cooling, this would have been a disaster. Installed new ac unit in my rental property after a burglary and was able to do it on short notice, and saved me hundreds over my other quotes. These guys ROCK!!! Will definitely recommend

Jay came out to install a gas hot water heater. I called him in the evening. He scheduled an appointment for early the following morning. Installed the new heater the following morning. Great service and responsive. Great price! I will recommend him for all of my system needs to my friends and neighbors

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to why my air was no longer working properly. I didn’t feel like he was trying to get over on me with his pricing. When he came to install my brand new system he was on time and done before I had to work that evening. I will definitely be recommending these guys to any one that needs servicing.

J and Cooling LLC were great. Very communicative and informative. He explained how my system worked and even informed name of the value/condition it was in. I appreciate his honesty and business practice. Big companies miss out on customer service but not J and Cooling LLC. I recommend them.

Jarvis did a great job. He was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. With the exception of the cost of parts, which he gets from a wholesaler, his rates were reasonable.
