    Milton Heating & Air came to our home today to inspect our leaking air conditioner. We had an 8:00 appointment. Jeff called to say he would be about 15 minutes late, and he arrived at 8:15. Apparently our system was pretty clogged up and needed a thorough cleaning with new filters. He was so polite, answered all our questions, and best of all, he was honest!! We didn't really know what was wrong and he could have told us we needed a new HVAC. How refreshing to do business with such a reliable company!!
    Also, the customer service representative was very respectful and answered several questions for us. Her name is Carrie and is an asset to Milton Heating & Air!!
    We will be recommending Milton to our friends and family!!!!!

    We had both HVAC systems replaced this past week. Milton mechanical did a highly professional clean installation. They explained each step of the installation process, were on time, I couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship

    I had to replace my air conditioner so I gathered three quotes from three different companies with several options on each quote (A/C only & full system). I spent a lot of time comparing the energy usage on the bidded systems and their SEER ratings. I finally opted for Milton Heating & Air for the full system replacement because they had the best value for the money. Kyle really took care of me, and had my system installed mere days after making my final decision. Since then, my system has run great - better than I had previously imagined. I've also seen significant decreases (up to 30% in July) on my electricity bill, and I can't wait to see what type of returns I get in the winter with the new furnace. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Kyle and the Milton H&A family - they will be keeping my business for a long, long time.

    Charged $150/pound for Freon. Added 4 pounds to our system for a $689 service call. The following day I made some calls to other HVAC companies and no one - NO ONE - charged more than $70/pound and some charged as low as $35.

    A call to Milton revealed that they know they charge more than everyone else, and they do that as a way to convince you to repair or replace your system (if you need frequent refills, you do need to repair or replace your system).

    Still waiting to see if they will reduce my bill. If they do, I will add that to this review.

    They did a great job installing a new system. However, I've had to make too many calls to get them to come for a small service job unrelated to the install. I've called and spoken with the owner and even then, they are not returning my calls to schedule the repair.

    Milton Mechanical was AMAZING to work with! They came out for a service call. Unfortunately I needed a new compressor and evaporator coil. Not only were they extremely competitive price for the best equipment available, but they were quick.

    The owner Marty offered to put the air in on the same day, as I had an inspection in tw days. He also helped me with a ton of advice. What a pleasure it was to work with Milton Mechanical!

    Came out even on a Sunday. Technician ran into multiple issues with my furnace but was determined to get it up and running! Appreciate that they actually call back when they say they will. Highly recommend their business!

    Love these guys. Very intelligent and use state of the art technology. They replaced my entire ac/furnace several years ago and have serviced it since... No major issues and the only hiccup was a depleted capacitor 2 months ago that they came out on a Sunday to replace.
