We purchase the service warranty on both our units from One Stop. During the recent heat wave our compressor went out as per the One stop technician, he said it would take about 5 days due to warranty with carrier. My wife and I booked a hotel locally, however we never heard back from One Stop, I left several messages and sent emails and till this day 2 weeks later we still haven't heard from them. We contacted MSi and they handled the claim within 2 days. One stop completely failed us, and we feel we were taken advantage of in terms of purchasing their service warranty. their lack of responsibility cost us 1k in hotel fee's and 1500 in service cost. we are extremely unhappy, and we want a refund on our warranty purchase. We are not recommending this company to anyone until we can get an answer to how and why this transpired.
You just lost my business for good; very poor customer service under the new "management". I understand changing management and even a name change, but not honoring an existing service contract and cancelling a part that was ordered under that agreement is bad customer service. I've been waiting months for that back ordered part and now am told I have to reorder and pay full price when it was previously covered under the (very expensive) service plan I had in place already.

Last month, our AC has weird smell coming out of the vent so we call them to send a technician to check for the issue. It took them a week to send someone out for inspection. They later found out that the AC motor and controller stopped working. Since we have the service warranty, they said that they will order parts and have them replaced for us. We have been waiting for them to order new parts for several weeks without hearing anything back from them. We have to call their customer service today, and they informed us that they are no longer in-contract with our AC manufacturer. Therefore, they will not repair our broken AC and will cancel our service warranty. This company has very bad customer service and did not provide the service that they promised. Very disappointed in their service
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Please run. I replaced 2 units in my home and one unit needed repairs within 4 months and the other within 1 year and the getting a technician out was madness with a 6 hour window. Also getting someone on the phone I had to wait for hours. Several technicians needed to come out to the home to figure out the issues.

Bought the system through Costco, One Stop Installed it. At 3 yrs we have mold at top of the inside unit. One Stop won't respond to calls or messages. We're under contract/scam? and had just re-newed. The outside unit is now very noisy. No one answers the phone no matter which prompt is chosen. BAD BUSINESS, DO NOT give them a penny of your money.
Very professional and all the staff members we interacted with were responsive, knowledgeable and forthcoming with any issues and pricing. The work that was done were impeccable and it definitely didn't take long. I recommend them for any residential or commercial property. Their maintenance protection plans are a steal as well!!
Could not be any happier with my experience with this company. We had a new AC unit installed. From beginning to the end, everyone was very attentive and professional. The guys that did the install were amazing. Customer service was first class!! Thank you!! Would highly recommend One Stop!!
One Stop Cooling & Heating installed my HVAC last year. I am satisfied with their work. AC runs good so far.
However, their paper work and internal team communication are terrible. I failed my final inspection because they put wrong module number on my paper. I even sent picture of my installed module number to them, and they still could not get it right. It took three times to eventually get it right. I guess it is really difficult for someone to read picture, copy the info, and write it on the paper.
Another example is that they ordered wrong internal unit because of bad communication between sales and installation team. Tech had to measure my internal space again and came back another day.
During installation, they found thermometer was wrong. Of course, they had to come back again to bring the right one.
Haven't used their maintenance service yet. Hopefully it goes well.
Overall, I have mix feeling about this company. Their technicians were doing good job, but others were not. Big room to improve for sure.
One Stop is great! It’s easy to schedule and they give you a courtesy call to let you know when they’re on their way. They’ve always been within the time slot provided. Chris maintenanced our AC unit and did a great job. He was very efficient and informative!
