Doug has been sent out via my property management several times in the past few months more than anyone in this company. He’s all around phenomenal in his relationship building with customers and professionalism. He’s always timely and never leaves us hanging when delays occur and most importantly he works hard to be flexible with the customers schedules. He is extremely competent in this field and is able to articulate the issues to us in our language to ensure we understand while pending the completion of the repairs.
