Came to our house in Carefree 3 times, very expensive, finally diagnosed the problem, but wouldn't come back and fix it !! That's ok, he wanted 1800.00 to do the job, check Ed around park, got our problem fixed for 200.00!! Will not be calling them again!!

Sam sent Matt to work on my failed HVAC after it shorted out from a lightning strike. I was very stressed but Matt got it up and running within hours and also diagnosed the thermostat as part of the issue. I was so thankful I didn’t have to buy a new AC !

The name really says it all. First plumber wanted to do nothing but a repipe without confirming the issue. Sam took his time and worked to correctly diagnose the issue without selling anything. Will be calling back when the a/c and /or plumbing needs arise!

The bonus was, he was right on time. He and the other young man worked efficiently and completed the job in a such a timely manner. We were so impressed, we inquired about a new kitchen faucet. I called about 3 o’clock on Friday 10/01/2021 and they were out that same day at 4 o’clock. Very fast response time even though it wasn’t an emergency. The two guys that came were very professional. I think the tech was training the other guy and I could hear him giving a lot of good information to him on what was going on, I could tel the training was a very high quality, so I know future certified techs will be just as great. They had everything don in about an hour and tested to make sure the drain was draining properly. The price was less than I expected but also haven’t had this service before. So I thought the price was very fair. Overall definitely a 10/10. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who may need any of their services. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs guys!
