Apparently cannot take an new customers? Too busy or too lazy...make up your own mind.

Nothing short of Excellence!!! Frankie and his assistant did amazing job!!!!

Terrible customer service, they do not respect people’s time. Wasted two and half days and lost wages waiting for their techs to show after the first one couldn’t fix the problem and continued to hang around my house until 9pm even though I called at 9am. Said someone would come in the morning, but never showed. I called early to find out when they were coming, they said they would let me know. Called back again at 3pm, and they said they needed a quote for a part and would call me as soon as they knew. Wasted another day and half and called back to find out what was going on. The receptionist transferred me to the parts department and the guy was very rude. He said he emailed the quote. When I said I was expecting a phone call and took time off work waiting for someone to show up, he started getting defensive and arguing, and deflecting blame instead of just apologizing for the poor customer service. I said I would find another company, and I’m glad I did. Do not use Smithco.

My review mysteriously gets deleted, must be correct then. Do not use if you have Mitsubishi system, call Mitsubishi direct and ask for a local DIAMOND CONTRACTOR as Smithco is not.

Smithco stepped up and worked things out. They are a good honest company just trying there best to keep the customer happy. Call them if you need service, they will help. Thanks

Jake and jeremy, the two techs that have come out, were thorough and explained what we need to do to keep the humidity down in our 1931 home. Both very friendly. Would not use another company.

It seems that Smithco only hires the BEST. Cody Marx has been out 2x and is a joy to work with. So happy and honest.

did not come out as they promised, now my family is miserable. we would have just called someone else to fix the AC if Smithco had not claimed they would be here today when I called this morning and then confirmed it again when I called a second time this afternoon. it would have been no big deal. instead of admitting they were too busy to help us and letting us find another solution, they lied. now it's after hours and I'm forced to call someone else at emergency rates or make my kids suffer with a hot house. not a tragedy just disappointing.

I have used Smithco Services for many years. It is an excellent AC company with top-notch customer service. I would recommend them to anyone for AC installation and service.

I have used Smithco A/C in the past was very good . I am disappointed with their service charge 160.00 for nothing and tried to charge me 1500 to 5000 to replace my unit . I had someone else go out and fix it for 200. I would not recommend them anymore.

Called them out on warranty issue, very professional company. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great job guys! Highly recommend. Thank you.
