Frankly was disappointed. On the phone, they asked me how many vents I had, and I responded with 12, then they gave me a price on the phone of $379. When they arrived they said the return vent (although that was one of the 12) wasn't included and upcharged something over $100 for the small vent. On the supply vents, they simply blew a leaf blower into it and ignored the fact that I had the lower floor vents mostly closed so this was useless. I brought up these issues to the tech who told me those vents (which were mostly closed) didn't need cleaning, ...so they only cleaned the return vent, but charged me for everything. They recommended installation of a UV light, which I did, and that may be good. In the end I paid $1000 for not so much. They also left things somewhat messy, despite very easy access to a very clean closet. - They were the most available of places I called, but now I know why.

The servicemen from the company did a really great job in cleaning up our ducts..
