The lady who helped me on the phone to book the appointment was very attentive and knowledgeable about their services and sounded very reasonable. Cory, the technician was very patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you for being flexible and taking time to explain the A/C's diagnostic process. I appreciate it!!

They were punctual, efficient, respectful, & very kind. They made sure to clean up any debris from the work done. They also finished a little sooner than they estimated so that was a plus.

I have been doing work in the maintenance industry for nearly 30 years and I truly recommend Air Plus of South Florida. Rory and Paul come through for our properties with any AC situation that we have. Let me explain: This company...I saw them start with Rory about 30 years ago. He has been with me doing AC work on numerous properties that I have worked on. These guys are the best in the business. Their techs are thoughtful of our residents. In my opinion, the best techs in Florida! My recommendation is to use Rory and their company. I give them a AAA+. It doesn't matter if the job is big or small. They are always there at a moment's notice. They will take care of your problem. I can't say enough about these guys.

I contacted them for my dryer’s duct cleaning as preventative maintenance. This is my first time after moved two years ago, so I guess it was in pretty bad shape and perhaps as per other technician evaluation, but they did the job so quick and told me it wasn’t that bad shape, to be honest, I’m not sure if they didn’t well. I didn’t see how was it, again I’m not sure it was a perfect job.

Compared to other provider, the price fairly good. Communication is good as well.

I called after hours to service my parents a/c unit. I told them my father was ill and needed immediate assistance. Kyle arrived within 20 minutes. Within 30 minutes of my initial call the air was back on. Kyle was great! He was professional, courteous, and he knew his business. Thanks so much!

The best company in all of Florida! The install was great and done fast! This company does everything your AC needs. I will always call Air plus for all my Ac needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Totally recommend :)

This company was recommended to me, by the authorized distributor of the brand of AC installed in my home. As a Manuf. Agent myself in the past. I know that usually is done for companies who train their techs. I was not disappointed.

My good experience began with the young lady who scheduled my (same day) appointment. She took good notes on the symptoms of the problem I was having with my unit. I was also called close to the arrival time of the Tech. which is always helpful.

I am pleased with the service but I reserve my highest accolades for the AC Tech, Corey. He was professional, cordial and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly but was thorough and went above in ensuring he cleaned up the work area, after resolving the problem with my unit.

I have no reservation in recommending the service of Air Plus of South Florida.

A great experience with AirPlus. Definitely very professional, came in and got straight to work. My apartment was 85 all day prior and they completely fixed the issue. Installed a new unit, super friendly guys!
