Air Bulance installed new unit 1 week ago. Very happy with the job and the company. cooling fast and no noise at all.

Don't use this company. I have had so many problems with Air Bulance and am currently seeking a refund. Full disclosure: the actual AC system that they installed is fine, it is the install of the condensation pump and their awful customer service which I am writing about. The pump, which they charged me $375 was missing a gasket, cracked, and leaking water. The way they set up the pipes leading to the pump also didn't work. When I would call because of either a leak or the AC would stop working, I was blown off and told to turn off my system. It takes me a lot to get to this point but enough is enough. I reached out to a different company and they were able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Air Bulance LLC are scammers. The phone number on their site works but the mailbox is always full.The "Google Reviews" that they reference on their site is a dead link and if you do get someone, the manager treats you like you are the problem and reluctantly sends someone out 24 hours later.

I've used Air Bulance several times and have always been extremely pleased with their work. Polite and professional staff at every position and very fair pricing.

Come out it says in the paper ur next device call is FREE ! The guys did why u waste my time an didn’t tell me that before he came out he said I’m a liar my dad didn’t pass away ! These guys are scammer. Watch them and record their work even when they're up on the roof. they will pretend to flush your AC unit or installing the "booster" and add more "freezeon"...even though almost 0 work was being done.
